The Engineering Services Department provides a variety of technical and administrative support functions for the City and subsidiary District (Water).
Responsibilities include providing services related to engineering issues included in public and private development, traffic control, storm water management, and the Coastal Zone Management Program.
The Engineering Services Department consists of the following divisions:
