Administrative Services Information
The Administrative Division is responsible for directing and supervising all divisions of the Department and is also responsible for a variety of administrative services for the community. These services include parkland acquisition, design and development, leases, contracts, operating agreements, grants, advanced planning, budgeting, special projects, concession agreements, special event and special ceremony permits, program registration and oversight of the Encinitas Ranch Golf Authority and Animal Services contracts. In addition, this Division provides administration of the Parks and Recreation Commission and Sister City Program. Click on one of the links below for more information.
