Recent court rulings and decisions has reinforced the notion that the state has adequately addressed this issue and local jurisdictions may not impose additional conditions or requirements that may impact the conversion of a park. The state has attempted to address this issue by enacting laws that govern the operation and conversion of mobilehome parks.
