Code Enforcement investigates complaints of Municipal Code violations and, when necessary, initiates enforcement action to obtain compliance with local regulations. A signed citizen's complaint form must first be submitted before a complaint may be investigated. Please make sure to include your name, address and phone number on the complaint form so that Code Enforcement staff can contact you if they have any questions. The Division is also responsible for review of contested parking citations, abatement of abandoned vehicles, and graffiti removal.
